Customer Commitment
By booking or purchasing products and services from Freefinns Oy, the customer agrees to abide by these rental and cancellation terms. These terms and conditions remain in effect until further notice.


GENERAL TERMS FOR PROGRAM SERVICES – CANCELLATIONS & PAYMENTS
In the event of discrepancies between these general terms and a specific offer, the terms stated in the offer shall take precedence.


PAYMENT TERMS
Payment options are available in our online store. For bookings made by phone or email, available payment methods will be presented at the time of booking.

Invoicing is done after the event, with a 7–14 day payment term unless otherwise agreed. Any billing issues must be reported within 7 days of the event. A reminder fee of €5 applies.

If the price is based on the number of participants, billing will be based on the number confirmed at least 5 days before the event.


PAYMENT PROCESSING
Our payment service provider is Visma Pay (Visma Payments Oy, Business ID 2486559-4), a registered payment institution supervised by the Financial Supervisory Authority of Finland. All payments are processed securely via Visma Pay. Visma Pay or Visma Payments Oy will appear as the payee on your statement.

The transaction is between the customer and the online store, which is responsible for fulfilling the order and all related obligations.

PAYMENT METHODS
You can pay through Visma Pay using:

  • Online banking: OP, Nordea, Danske, S-Pankki, Aktia, Säästöpankki, etc.
  • Wallets: MobilePay, Pivo, Masterpass
  • Cards: Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard (credit/debit)
  • Invoice or installment plans: Jousto, Fellow Invoice, Fellow Business Invoice

More details on specific payment options:

  • MobilePay: Requires enabling online purchases in the app settings. Charges are made from the linked card.
  • Jousto: Offers 30 days of interest-free payment or the option to split into up to 36 installments. Costs: €3.90/month + 19.9% interest. See www.jousto.com.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
For group bookings, the final number of participants must be confirmed no later than 4 days before the event or by the date agreed in the offer, to ensure equipment and meals can be arranged accordingly.

Weather conditions do not justify cancellation unless the organizer determines the activity cannot proceed safely. If the program must be canceled due to extreme weather or force majeure, the organizer has the right to cancel the event with no cancellation fee. Alternative activities can be discussed, with terms agreed case by case.

The organizer may deny participation without compensation if a participant is intoxicated.

Participants are expected to have valid personal accident insurance. Our guides will provide safety instructions, and participants are responsible for listening to and following them.

Freefinns Oy (Business ID 3249787-5) holds appropriate liability insurance and a general safety document for events.


CANCELLATION TERMS
These terms take effect once the offer is accepted, either in writing or verbally. If the price is based on the number of participants, the cancellation fees apply based on the agreed participant count and any confirmed additional services.

  • Full refund (minus €24 office fee) for cancellations made at least 20 days before the event.
  • 50% of the total price will be charged if cancellation is made less than 7 days before the event.
  • 100% of the total price will be charged for cancellations made less than 3 days (72 hours) before the event.

Exception: Sudden illness may allow free cancellation with a doctor’s certificate.

In case of force majeure, the service provider may cancel the event and will notify the customer immediately. All payments will be refunded in full.
