The customer undertakes to comply with these rental and cancellation conditions when purchasing products and services from Freefinns Ltd. These booking, rental, and cancellation policies are valid until further notice.

GENERAL CANCELLATION AND PAYMENT TERMS FOR PROGRAM SERVICES

In the event of any discrepancy between the offer and these general cancellation and payment terms, the terms of the transaction-specific offer will apply.

TERMS OF PAYMENT

Payment options are available in our online store. For bookings made by phone or email, payment options will be presented at the time of booking.

Invoicing takes place after the transaction date with a payment period of 7-14 days or according to the agreement. Comments must be made within 7 days of the program date. Payment reminder costs 5 eur.

If the price of the offer is tied to the number of people, the invoicing will be based on the number of participants confirmed at minimum 5 days before the event.

PAYMENT

The payment intermediary for the online store is Visma Pay (Visma Payments Oy, business ID 2486559-4), which is registered in the register of payment institutions maintained by the Financial Supervisory Authority. Payment is made via Visma Pay’s online service and Visma Pay or Visma Payments Oy is shown as the payee on the account statement and invoice. Visma Pay forwards payments to the online merchant. Payment is secure, as all information about the payment transaction is transmitted using an encrypted connection so that no third party can see the details of the payment transaction.

The transaction is created between the e-commerce customer and the e-commerce. The online store is responsible for all obligations related to the store.

PAYMENT METHODS

Through the Visma Pay service, you can pay with online banking IDs, wallets, payment cards (credit / debit), invoices or installments. The following payment methods are available: Osuuspankki, Nordea, Danske Bank, Oma Säästöpankki, Säästöpankki, Aktia, Local Cooperative Banks, S-Bank, Handelsbanken, Ålandsbanken, MobilePay, Masterpass, Pivo, Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, MasterCard and Debit MasterCard cards, as well as Jousto, Fellow Invoice and Fellow Yrityslasku.

MobilePay: You can pay with your MobilePay wallet if you have allowed online payments to pay for the application settings. Payments made with MobilePay will be charged to the debit card attached to the wallet. If the debit of the payment card fails, it will not be possible to pay with the MobilePay wallet in the online store.

Jousto Invoice and Installment is a domestic service that allows you to make your purchases quickly and securely. Jousto is for individuals who have managed their finances properly. With the Jousto, you get 30 days interest-free and no-cost payment period. After receiving the invoice, you can decide whether to pay it in full or in installments. With an installment payment, you can pay for your purchase in up to 36 installments, starting at € 9.90 / month. The cost of the Jousto installment is EUR 3.90 / month and a credit interest rate of 19.90%. You can pay 30 to 3000 euros for purchases with Jousto. Aurajoki Nordic Oy is the lender. PLEASE NOTE

For group bookings, the exact number of participants must be confirmed no later than 4 days before the event to ensure availability of equipment and meals.

Weather conditions are not a ground for canceling an outdoor event except by the organizer. If natural conditions make it impossible or dangerous to organize the agreed event, the organizer has the right to cancel it. If the event has to be canceled on behalf of the organizer, the cancellation fee is 0 eur. Backup events are negotiated separately and are subject to separate, case-by-case invoicing.

The organizer has the right to refuse the customer’s participation in a separate activity or event without compensation if the participant is intoxicated.

We hope that participants will have a valid accident insurance. Our guides provide advance information and instructions for safe operations, which we hope the customer will also take care of by listening and understanding. It is the participant’s responsibility to follow the received instructions.

Freefinns Oy (3249787-5) has a statutory liability insurance and a general safety document for events.

CANCELLATION POLICY

The terms and conditions take effect upon acceptance of the offer in writing or orally. The cancellation policy is based on the total amount of the offer, or the number of people mentioned in the offer if the price of the offer is tied to the number of people. In addition to the total amount, the cancellation fee also includes any additional services that have been confirmed on top of the base price. If the customer has to cancel the reservation, the service provider must be notified immediately. The customer is responsible for the arrival of the cancellation to the entrepreneur in good time.

The payment will be refunded in full, except for office expenses (€ 24), when there is at least 20 days from the event.

The cancellation fee is 50% of the total price if the cancellation is closer than 7 days from the date of the event.

The cancellation fee is 100% of the total price if the cancellation is closer than 3 days (72h) from the time of the event. The exception is a sudden case of illness, in which case free cancellation may be done with a doctor’s certificate.

In the event of force majeure, the service provider may cancel the contract. In the event of cancellation, the customer will be notified immediately. The customer is then entitled to a full refund of the price paid.
